In this talk we will review recent results on dynamical properties of Delone-Anderson operators, which are used to study the dynamics of a particle in a medium where impurities follow an aperiodic spatial configuration. The study of Delone-Anderson models can be seen as an intermediate step toward the study of transport properties of quasicrystals. Dynamical localization is proved through a multiscale analysis adapted to an aperiodic setting.
