Seminar
Informal seminar: Quiver partition functions and holomorphic curves 1
Knots, Strings, Symplectic Geometry and Dualities
07 September 14:00 - 16:00
Tobias Ekholm - Uppsala University
We discuss the relation between quiver partition functions and curve counts starting with a simple example: the unknot conormal L (a toric Lagrangian solid torus) in the resolved conifold. In this introductory talk, we discuss several ways of counting holomorphic curves with boundary ending on L and how they are related.
