Uniformization, Riemann-Hilbert Correspondence, Calabi-Yau Manifolds, and Picard-Fuchs Equations

July 13 - July 18, 2015

The purpose of this workshop is to review the historical roots of the four topics in the title, to understand connections between them, to present the current status of these topics, to propose some new problems and directions. These topics are both classical and currently being actively studied, and they touch on a major portion of the main stream mathematics and mathematical physics. This conference series should appeal to both the general mathematicians and specialists. If possible, we hope to produce a book consisting of systematic introductions and survey papers on these and related topics.

Participation by invitation only.
