Deadline for proposals: March 15, 2025.
Decisions will be announced by May, 2025.
Instructions
Conference proposals should include:
- a short description (maximum 500 words) of the goal and purpose of the conference, and how it promotes a creative research environment, including diversity.
- a list of 1-5 members (with CVs) that constitute the organizing committee.
- a preliminary list of participants, with comments on the diversity.
- dates of preferred weeks within the specified period above.
The proposal should be submitted as a single pdf file.
