Abstract
Benoist and Ottem have recenty defined and studied two filtrations on the integral cohomology groups of a variety, called the strong and weak coniveau filtrations. These agree after tensoring with Q, but can differ in general. We will describe the first examples of Fano varieties where these filtrations can be shown to differ.
