Abstract
The aim of this talk is to discuss a simple way producing sign changes of weighted multiplicative sums. We illustrate its applicability by studying the number of sign changes of partial sums of “typical” real Dirichlet characters and real zeros of Fekete polynomials. This is based on a joint work with Y. Lamzouri and M. Munsch.
