Workshop: Outliers of perturbations of banded Toeplitz matrices

Abstract
The objective of this talk is to describe, when the dimension is large,  the eigenvalues of non-vanishing random perturbations of banded Toeplitz matrices  outside the support of  the limiting empirical spectral distribution.
This is a joint work with Charles Bordenave and François Chapon.
